COVID-19 Information Center

COVID-19 Update

The office will remain open and business will be conducted as usual; however, we ask that you conduct any business with our office staff by either phone or email.  To protect everyone involved, please limit your visits to the office in this time of uncertainty.

The Hiring Hall will be closed until further notice. All referrals will be done over the phone.  Anyone needing to sign the out-of-work list can do so by entering through the front door of the union office and asking for assistance at one of the windows.  Please do not loiter in or around the union hall.

As a reminder, please continue to follow the CDC guidelines for handwashing and for covering coughs and sneezes with tissues or bent elbow.  Local 60 is working to acquire supplies of facial tissues, hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for use by employees in the Union Office.

As a general reminder, if you are sick, please do not report to work. Stay home and contact your supervisor.

A newsletter will be mailed out this week informing the membership of these changes and any others that may transpire.  Additional updates will be communicated as the situation warrants.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
